GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE AND DUTIES  The role of physician is to provide high quality primary health care patient services to support the Mission and Vision of the Health Center.  The physician will support the organizational values and strategic goals including care delivery thru our patient centered medical home model. The physician will document in the electronic health record per protocol.  The Physician will provide services in compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. The physician is a member of the clinical team. The physician, unless otherwise noted, does not have formal supervisory authority over other Center staff. However, the physician is expected to monitor and provide counsel, collaboration, and consultation to other
